Setting Up Your Business
This tutorial helps you add your business profile, logo and branding so that emails, funnels and invoices all look like they come from you. It also covers the sender details that keep your messages out of spam.
What you will learn
- How to add your business profile and logo
- How to set your brand colours
- How to add your email and WhatsApp sender details
- How to test that everything looks right
Before you start
- Have your logo file ready (PNG or SVG, square works best)
- Have your brand colours as hex codes
Step-by-step
- 1
Add your business profile
Open Settings, then Business Profile. Enter your business name, address, phone and website. This appears on invoices, emails and booking pages.
- 2
Upload your logo and set colours
In Settings, open Branding. Upload your logo and set your primary and secondary colours. These are used on funnels, emails and the booking page so everything matches your brand.
Use a square logo with transparent background for the best result across light and dark sections.
- 3
Add your email sender details
Go to Settings, then Email. Add and verify your sending domain. Set your default from name and from email. This is what recipients see when they get an email from you.
- 4
Connect WhatsApp
In Settings, open WhatsApp. Connect the official WhatsApp Business API by following the steps. WhatsApp and message usage is billed separately based on what you use. We show you the rates before you start.
- 5
Send yourself a test
Create a test contact with your own email and phone. Trigger a welcome email and a test WhatsApp message. Check that the logo, colours and sender details all look right.
Result
Your business profile, logo, colours and sender details are set. Emails, funnels and messages now look like they come from your business.
Troubleshooting
My logo looks stretched
Use a square image. If your logo is wide, add padding around it in an image editor so it sits in a square frame.
My test email went to spam
Make sure your sending domain is fully verified. Check that SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are added. Sending from a brand new domain can take a few days to warm up.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need WhatsApp to use the platform?
No. WhatsApp is optional. You can use email and the CRM without it. WhatsApp is popular in India and many service businesses, so we recommend it if your customers use it.
